Sampling and Quality Control Laboratory

Inside our Dyeing Factory we have a large and well-stocked laboratory in which, according to customer requests, the final article is developed and designed. The product is presented to the customer through a series of samples, useful for testing the characteristics of the article.

In the internal laboratory we develop the product which, checked by the customer and subsequently by our technicians, can, only if considered to be of high quality, enter the production phase.

Colour proofing equipment

Inside the dyeing laboratory we use specific equipment to carry out colour tests

1-2 pairs of socks/tights or various items;
6-10 days;
2-5 kg..

The use of these machines allows us to test the best type of dyeing for the garment to then move on to production. The quality and precision with which the sampling is carried out allow an effective reduction in the margins of error in the subsequent dyeing of the order.

Custom or standard dye baths

In the laboratory we study and research the most suitable raw materials to meet customer needs, subsequently carrying out tests and yarn trials in both standard and customised dye baths.

Our technicians guarantee complete assistance to the customer throughout the dyeing process, from the choice of materials to the creation of colour tests, from the study of dye baths to the final control phase.

Solidity tests and final verification

At the end of the two processes mentioned above, the product undergoes a final check at our laboratory, with the relative solidity tests and the verification that the sample produced fully satisfies the customer's requests and the current regulations.

Our laboratory also has a spectrophotometer that allows us to effectively understand the colour tone, guaranteeing the client exactly the desired colour tone.
