BARBARA MANUFACTURING DYEING

It is the engine of the company, within which the actual dyeing phase is carried out. The different types of machinery we have at our disposal allow us to respond to our customers' requests.

Machinery used

In our company's dyeing department, several specific and innovative machines are used, including:

 

  • 20 dyeing cabinets with variable capacities from 20 kg up to 300 kg. The drawer dyeing typology is the ideal solution for dyeing already fixed and ironed material;
  • 2 circular 150 kg, perfect for dyeing wrinkled materials;
  • 1 Dutch that allows you to colour even very delicate garments;
  • 5 sampling machines, which have a capacity from 2 to 15 kg.
  • 7 rotary dyeing machines for seamless fabrics and tights, in natural fibres (cotton, wool, viscose) and polyester and acrylic from 20 to 200 kg.

Our technicians carefully analyse, thanks to the machinery at their disposal, which is the most suitable dye for the different garments to be produced, in order to obtain exactly the product requested by the order and perfectly satisfy the customer's needs.
