Fixing Department

In addition to the dyeing of stockings, we have a fixing department that allows us to offer customers a process for the production of high quality stockings and tights. 

Hot steam treatment 

Thanks to the heat treatment and expert manual skills to which the stockings and tights are subjected, it is possible to offer the customer a better quality and presentation of the finished garment.

Equipment for performing fastening

To be able to carry out the fixing process of tights and stockings, various machines are used, in particular:

 

  • Principe Fixing , which boasts a capacity of 50,000 pairs per day;
  • Cortese steam foot fixing , with 8,000 pairs per day;
  • Cortese fastening launches , which processes up to 8,000 pairs per day;
  • Seamless fixing/ironing , which produces a maximum of 15,000 pieces per day.
